Ira Levine Mr. Levine has extensive experience in retail and office property sales and leasing as well as land sales for office, industrial and restaurant development. He specializes in buyer and tenant representation and is one of the foremost brokers for restaurant leasing and development in the Birmingham metropolitan area. His recent projects include development of the 16,000 sq. ft. Lakeshore Village Shopping Center on Lakeshore Parkway in the Oxmoor valley.
Mr. Levine achieved the status of Life Member in the Birmingham Association of Realtors "Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club" in 1991 and received the prestigious Vulcan Award for 10 consecutive years of membership in the Club in 1998. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), achieved in 1993, and completed a term as President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter in 2002. He was chosen Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Birmingham Association of Realtors for 1994 and has served on its Board of Directors. He was nominated by the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce as Small Business Advocate of the Year in 1999 and honored again in 2005 by the Birmingham Business Journal by inclusion in "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate".
