UAB's New Head Football Coach Garrick McGee to Speak

Office Depot will sponsor the May 17 luncheon this month, and has invited Garrick McGee, the new Head Football Coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to be our speaker.
McGee was named the head football coach at UAB on Dec. 4, 2011 after serving on the staff at the University of Arkansas for four years, including the past two seasons as the Razorbacks' offensive coordinator.
A former University of Oklahoma quarterback, he was a leading force behind Arkansas becoming one of the country's most prolific offenses in recent years. In his first season as the offensive coordinator in 2010, the Razorbacks earned the school's first BCS appearance in program history as the season culminated at the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.
